Before a single CFS stud is printed, CanTec will address all of your integrated design, engineering and build process needs, from project concept through to project delivery. From our Canadian-based global headquarters, CanTec will seamlessly navigate and manage the challenging process of transforming architectural or structural designs into final CFS shop drawings and production-ready files. CanTec’s valued engineering approach and ability to work directly with our Client’s structural engineer and architect ensures that all CFS structure designs are compliant to the designated codes and standards and certified for production. The entire CFS structure is built in a virtual 3D space, allowing CanTec to identify and mitigate potential on-site build process and construction challenges well in advance, saving both resource time and costs, while minimizing materials waste.
Turnkey, Licensed CFS Manufacturing Partner Facility Setup & Operations
Accelerate first CFS production by 12-24 months and outpace the competitive market at 2:1. Starting with optimal Facility Planning & Design, and including procurement of all CFS manufacturing systems, tools, commissioning raw materials and monitored ocean transport to your preferred international port of destination. CanTec's turnkey Facility Setup & Operations service model merges the world’s most advanced steel printing software and CFS manufacturing systems with a proprietary and robust IP platform, Ph.D. designed efficiency processes and industry-leading CFS manufacturing and construction experience. This enables our licensed partner facilities to fully serve large-scale CFS framing project needs on day one and every day thereafter and to empower local workforces with manufacturing training, education and process knowledge.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management & Realized Economies of Scale
To enable an efficient production flow of manufactured CFS products from the manufacturing facility to the project build site. CanTec's end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) specifies, sources, prices and coordinates the delivery of all required raw commodities for our partner facilities to maintain optimum day-to-day manufacturing operations. Working with our Client's procurement team, the CanTec's SCM team leverages our already established and proven global supply chain network to provide our Clients & Partner Facilities with access to large-volume pricing of all required raw materials, tools, equipment and on-site building material needs to deliver turnkey CFS projects to global communities. This end-to-end SCM service is focused on maximizing facility production efficiency and overall delivered product quality and realizes immediate economies of scale and profitability.
